THE COURT ORDERS THAT:
1. Within 14 days the defacto husband pay to the defacto wife the sum of eight thousand, four hundred and eight dollars and 40 cents ($8,408.40) by way of lump sum interim spousal maintenance with such payment to be made to the defacto wife’s solicitors Trust Account.
2. The Application for Review filed by the defacto wife on 10 May 2023 is otherwise dismissed.
3. The defacto husband file and serve written his submissions with respect to Costs, in Word format, within 14 days.
4. The defacto wife file and serve her written submissions in reply with respect to Costs, within a further 14 days thereafter.
